Touché On Guard for Your Business
Touché (Fr. pronounced \tooo – shaay, or Tü – śhay\), yeah, it is a funky name. It is used mainly in fencing to acknowledge a direct hit or generally to acknowledge a witty point. ToucheLTC.com was born of real world experience to score a direct hit on the long-term care industry’s pain points and pitfalls. After you see Touché in action you’ll agree, Touché is On Guard for Your Business!
David L. Osthus
FounderBorn and raised in Clear Lake, Iowa, David has been in the long-term care industry as an owner, operator, manager, administrator, and consultant for over twenty years. He is also a member of the Iowa Health Care Association, where he serves on the Fee for Service Committee. David will tell you that Touché was created out of an industry wide need to become more efficient and cost effective in an increasingly difficult business environment. He also was tired of paying Jay’s legal bills.
J. Campbell Helton
FounderPrior to jumping into Touché, Jay practiced law for over twenty years at the Des Moines’ firm Whitfield & Eddy, P.L.C. Jay is a member of several local and national professional legal associations, and is enjoying his new role as Chief Legal Officer and cheerleader. Jay is admitted to practice in both state and federal courts in Iowa and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.
Salman Maqsood
FounderPrior to investing in Touché, Salman founded a technology company where he has served as CEO for over twenty years, building and scaling innovative software solutions. Salman joined because he believes technology has the power to transform how care is delivered, and that smarter tools in the hands of operators means better outcomes for the people who need it most.
