Privacy Policy

This is Touché's Privacy Policy for all past and ongoing collection and information use from visitors and users. Touché collects information from several sources that enables Touché to identify or contact you (“Personal Information”). Touché collects Personal Information in a variety of manners and the types of Personal Information we may collect from you will depend on the products and services you choose.

What do we collect?

Our Web server automatically collects the domain name and Internet Protocol (“IP”) address for each visitor to our websites. We collect information about the usage and traffic, in addition, we may request or require you to provide Personal Information and/or create an account to access certain services or engage in certain activities on the Touché platform. The information collected is limited to general information (e.g., your name, home, and business address, email address, phone number, and other types of generic demographic information), some limited professional information (e.g., occupation, place of employment), and IP addresses.

Touché also collects information that is about you individually, but that does not directly identify you as you interact with the Touché platform (“Non-Personal Information”). The types of Non-Personal Information we collect includes but is not limited to your Internet service provider and Geolocation data.

How we use your information?

All information collected is used for commonly accepted practices including creating an account, product service fulfillment, and sending electronic requests to public or subscription websites (i.e. sex offender registry, benefit verification, other health care providers). We use this information to verify users' identities to prevent unauthorized access to users' personal information.

We do not track any browser activity or settings. We do not share any information that we collect with any outside vendors or providers. We do share information and data input into Touché's platform with other Business Associates (who have signed Business Associates Agreements with Touché). Touché may disclose information to third parties but only in response to a legal request (i.e. court orders, subpoenas, etc.).

Touché implements commercially reasonable security measures to help protect against unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure, or destruction of data. Please understand that no one can give an absolute assurance that information intended to be maintained as private, whether transmitted via the Internet or otherwise, cannot be accessed inappropriately or unlawfully by third parties. It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your password and to your computer. Be sure to sign off when finished using a computer.

TOUCHÉ MAY MODIFY THIS PRIVACY POLICY AT ANY TIME, AND ANY CHANGE WILL BE EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY UPON POSTING OF THE MODIFIED PRIVACY POLICY. YOU AGREE TO REVIEW THE PRIVACY POLICY PERIODICALLY TO BE AWARE OF SUCH MODIFICATIONS AND YOUR CONTINUED ACCESS OR USE OF THE SITE SHALL BE DEEMED YOUR CONCLUSIVE ACCEPTANCE OF THE PRIVACY POLICY, AS MODIFIED.
